2 / 2 Way Pneumatic Actuator Operated Angle Type Control Valve, Available In Normally Closed And Normally Open Types With A PN 16 Rating. Constructed from SS 304 pressed materials and ASTM A351 Grade CF8 (SS 304), the valve features an investment die-cast spring steel (IS 4454 Gr. III) design. It comes with 1/4" BSP threads, with NPT threads available on request, and supports 350 to 650 cycles per hour. For optimal performance, dry lubricated air is recommended, and moisture separators should be used in line. The valve is constructed with ASTM 1351 Gr. CF8, CF8M, and CF3M materials, featuring PTFE seals that can withstand temperatures up to 180°C. It is equipped with self-compensating (spring-loaded) soft seats made of PTFE and Teflon "V" seals backed by a graphite wiper seal, with a maximum pressure of 24 bar. The valve is available in female screwed BSP or NPT, flange, or Triclover configurations, with a size range from 1/2" to 3". It provides drop-tight and bubble-tight performance, meeting Class IV ANSI B 16.104, 1976 standards. Suitable for air, water, oil, gas, steam, and chemicals, it operates continuously at 155°C and intermittently at 180°C, with options for higher temperatures available upon request.
