Cast Iron Steel Body With CF8/CF8M/CF3M Disc Butterfly Valve Featuring On-Off And Modulating Type Manual, Pneumatic, And Motorized Operation. This valve utilizes a rack and pinion type actuator available in both double-acting and single-acting configurations, complying with ISO 5211 and NAMUR standards. Constructed from durable materials such as IC/CI (IS 210 Gr. FG 200/220), WCB, SS 304, and SS 316, the valve is available in CF8, CF8M, CF3M, and S.G. Iron options. It can be coated with Teflon, powder, nylon, or rubber, using seals made from EPDM, nitrile, Hayplon, Viton, or molded or replaceable muffler types. The size range spans from 1/2" to 40". The center disc butterfly valve features a single-piece rubber-lined body in a short wafer design, sandwiched between flanged connections, and is integrally molded with the body. Wafer sandwiched (lug type available on request) options are offered with PN 10 and PN 16 ratings (upon request) and operate effectively in temperatures ranging from -250°C to 130°C, depending on the material of construction. It provides a tight shut-off, with hand lever actuation available for sizes 40 mm to 350 mm and worm gearbox actuation for sizes 40 mm to 1000 mm, adhering to BS EN 593 and API 809 category standards, as well as API 598, BS 6755, and BS EN 12266-1 for quality assurance.
